The best school ever, period...The sisters running the school were far ahead of their times. Today everyone talks about holistic schooling focused on all-round development of children - LFS had it nailed more than 40 years ago. Extra-curricular activities such as music, dance, dramatics, debating, elocution, sports (basketball, badminton primarily) were an integral part of our academic lives - performance was measured in inter-house competitions. As a kid, I thought moral science (compulsory) lessons were boring and unnecessary but now realize that some of the values I still carry (politeness, honesty, modesty, cleanliness, punctuality) were inculcated there. Thank you, LFS - I owe all my successes in life and the ability to deal with failures to you!!!
